Whether you are an ambitious fresher or an experienced professional with deep process expertise, you will play a critical role in reviewing operational workflows, mapping business processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvement strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Document, standardize, and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flowcharts. - Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes of operational friction. - Partner with cross-functional teams to recommend workflow redesigns, process enhancements, and potential automation opportunities. - Monitor implementation of process changes and establish tracking mechanisms to assess ongoing performance and compliance. - Prepare actionable reports, executive summaries, and dashboards for leadership review.
